We are recruiting a senior, experienced employment specialist, ideally with a mixed claimant and respondent practice which will complement those of existing team members. Applications from solicitors, barristers and those who may wish to work as consultants will be considered.

You should be able to demonstrate:    

  • experience of advising and representing individuals in a variety   of employment situations including dismissals, whistleblowing, discrimination and other unfair treatment;
  • experience of working with a range of different clients and on   cases with different forms of funding; the ability to conceive, develop and deliver on a plan for maintaining and developing your own practice; and   
  • the ability to support the leadership of a high performing team.

Experience of representing individuals in regulatory proceedings is an advantage.
