This role will allow you to work closely with partners and fee earners providing them with key support and assistance on a full time, permanent basis. Within this wills, trusts and estates legal secretary vacancy, your key duties will include:
  • Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
  • Preparing/drafting documents and letters
  • Liaising with clients
  • Processing correspondence
  • Providing key administrative duties
In order to be considered for this legal secretary vacancy, you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary preferably working within wills, trusts and estates. You must also have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
