Corporate NQ Solicitor

A junior Corporate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a National firm based at their office in Reading. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

This firm are a well-established Top 100 Law firm and have impressive recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners across many practice areas including Corporate.  The firm have a rich and long history and over recent years have expanded both nationally and internationally and now have offices, and clients, across the UK and overseas. 

The National Corporate team is one of the largest in England and Wales and the team has won awards making them leaders in the Corporate world and you will be working alongside some of the best.  You will advise across a range of sectors on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity. 

Applications are invited from junior Corporate Solicitors who have around 0 – 2 Years PQE gained within a National or leading Regional firm.  If you are already qualified you should have solid experience and be working within Corporate at present and, if newly qualified you should have spent at least 6 months of your Training Contract within Corporate enjoying exposure to quality transactional work.
