Our Legal 500 rated client is looking for a NQ-3 PQE property solicitor with experience in residential or property matters on behalf of lender clients to join their team in Leeds city centre.

They act for a range of national and London clients including social housing providers, care home clients, charities and private developers (including large landowning businesses) and landlords. They advise lending clients in relation to property charges and securitisation on large scale commercial and residential property.

The department is headed up by an experienced Partner from a big firm background and so the quality of work will be high. Suitable candidates will have great communication skills and to be successful in this role it is important to have keen attention to detail as you will be acting on behalf of RP's in relation to the charging of property security to lenders. Along with the ability to run your own caseload of property files you will get a range of exposure to drafting, s.106 agreements, leases, transfers and funding.

This is an interesting opportunity for a NQ property solicitor with a minimum of 6 months in a residential or commercial property seat. It's a collegiate and rated team and so people with good communication skills and personality are encouraged to apply.
