Commercial Property lawyer required by this established regional practice which enjoys good profile in West Yorkshire. You'll work in a team containing a number of more experienced colleagues from whom you'll get supervision, though on a daily basis you'll have responsibility for your own cases too. The caseload will be mixed commercial property work for a range of SME and OMB clients, including retail, and some small scale development matters. It is envisaged that a suitable applicant will perhaps be in the 1-6yrPQE bracket though the firm will look at each individual on their own merits.

The firm has a very pragmatic and self-assured view of the market. Whilst remuneration will be competitive it will not be market-leading as such, but lawyers with the firm do have a more realistic work-life balance than many and the brand has a low staff turnover which is encouraging as regards employee satisfaction.
