A niche law firm is looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Kettering, Northamptonshire.


The Role:
¿ You will be running your own caseload of share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, Joint Venture arrangements, Option Schemes and similar and will be leading on transactions from inception to closing.

Requirements:
¿ The ideal applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, will have experience in dealing with share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, Joint Venture arrangements, Option Schemes and similar and will be able to lead on transactions from inception to closing.
¿ Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook.
¿ Client care and a proactive attitude are key to the role, on the job training will be given
