Corporate Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a software organisation in their search for a well-rounded, hands on Corporate Lawyer, to join on an initial 3 month interim basis.

Reporting directly into the organisation’s founder and CFO, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a fast-expanding organisation in a role which offers variety and autonomy.  

They are looking for a strong Corporate generalist who can cover a broad range of legal matters which include;

•           M&A Activity

•           Restructuring

The ideal candidate will most likely have upwards of 4 years PQE, who has a very hands-on approach and can get stuck in on varying corporate matters.

The role has an immediate start and has the scope to be extended.

The day rate is subject to experience and will range between £550-700 dependent on LTD company/PAYE basis.
