A reputable, full-service regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Fee Earnerl for their growing offices in Rochford, South Essex. Competitive salary with ongoing trainings and supportive working environment offered.

Working within the Commercial Property team and assisting in the delivery of commercial property legal services to key clients , the role will cover all aspects of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, leases and lease renewals, licenses, options, secured lending, corporate support and small business disposals and acquisitions.

Clients range from large national clients to smaller local businesses happy to consider applications from Legal Executives and people with 6 months NQ Experience. Inheriting a caseload of commercial property matters you can expect gentle supervision from senior associates and partners.

For the chosen Commercial Property Fee Earner, there is ample opportunity for you to grow and progress to a Senior capacity and eventually handle your own case load of Conveyancing files.
