Due to an influx of work, a regional award-winning law firm based in Shirley, West Midlands is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Residential Conveyancer.

The firm have an extremely office that covers a broad range of Conveyancing matters including Residential and Domestic matters, and as such they are now looking to bring in either a qualified or non-qualified fee earner to continue to develop this practice.

The right candidate will be an experienced Conveyancing fee earner that has experience in running a broad caseload of files covering sales and purchases for leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, unregistered titles and new builds purchases.

Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancing Solicitors who have worked in a similar well-established environment. We are seeking candidates that are minimum 3 years PQE, however those outside of this banding will also be considered provided they have the relevant experience.
