Locum Commercial Property Solicitor – Private Practice
Warwickshire – 1-3 months - commencing in May
Our client, a reputable regional firm in Warwickshire, require locum assistance until permanent appointment. The role is to commence in May, with an established caseload to take on of mixed commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, options, business sales and purchases, finance and some planning.
With on-site parking in a central location, this firm would ideally suit an established locum with experience of handling a broad range of commercial property matters with the support of a team. In return, a competitive hourly rate is offered, with the opportunity to autonomously manage a caseload of matters until a permanent hire is made.
