Job Details
A multi-office, Legal 500 firm are keen to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their top tier property department in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) who possess a solid background dealing with quality, commercial property matters, including business leases, sale and purchases, development, construction, and planning. The firm act for a wide range of clients from lenders and developers, to charities and local authorities, so experience dealing with such clients would be advantageous.
Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships which span through generations, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
