Commercial Property Solicitor

A leading regional Legal 500 firm is aiming to hire a Partner or Partner designate Solicitor for their Commercial Property team in southern Bedfordshire. 

This advert will apply to you if you are a partner in commercial property or if you are a senior solicitor looking for a senior position where partnership is assured from the outset, or within very short period of time.

You will join a successful and highly regarded team where you will gain immediate access to high profile national clients.  

You will be a commercial property solicitor with at least 7 years PQE, some particularly strong candidates with less PQE may also be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Your experience should ideally have been gained in a leading regional or leading boutique commercial based practice. 

You will be expected to be able to handle a full and diverse caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, and development work. In this commercial property partner role, you will have access to an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks, and other funders.
