Are you a Senior Commercial Litigation Legal Executive looking for a role where you will gain access to a broad mix of high value commercial ltiigation work? 

A regionally leading Legal 500 firm is looking to hire an experienced and progression focused commercial litigation legal executive for their Kettering based office. You will benefit from working in a leading Legal 500 department specialising in dealing with high value and high-quality work supporting some of the leading solicitors and partners in the firm. 

You will ideally be experienced in a vast array of commercial litigation work, covering areas such as breach of contract, shareholder/directors disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property/land disputes and costs.

Essential skills alongside this fee earning and fee earner support experience within these areas may also include knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, a willingness to learn and develop new areas of specialism, and an enthusiasm for marketing.

You will ideally have exposure to SME clients, blue chip corporations and wider nationally recognised commercial clients as well as wealthy individuals. Also experience dealing with largescale proeprty developer and housing associations would also be advantageous.

You will ideally be looking for long-term career development and progression within commercial dispute resolution work within the Northamptonshire and wider Midlands market.
