In-House Real Estate Lawyer
Property Development company is looking to appoint a real estate specialist, who will work closely with the Head of Legal and Management Team.
Based in Cheshire (and commutable from Greater Manchester), this vibrant and successful company is niche in its market, which is incredibly buoyant and with excellent long-term forecasts. The company’s plan over the next 5 years is to expand further in its existing sectors together with diversification of its development schemes and property portfolios in complimentary. The legal team will play a key role in its strategic plans.
The nature of the role requires a specialist Real Estate Solicitor with not less than 3 years’ PQE. As well as technical skills across all types of commercial property transactions (including development, acquisition and disposal), you will have the commercial skills to effectively project manage ensuring timeframes and deadlines are met.
The nature of role requires not less than 3 years’ PQE and the ability to engage, supervise and instruct external lawyers as well as working closely with management team.
