Experienced Property Paralegal / Legal Executive required for fantastic firm in Manchester

Your new company
Fantastic opportunity to join a top tier firm to work within their Property team at their Manchester city centre office. This International law firm has an excellent reputation and is also known for being a very innovative firm.

Your new role
The Property team is looking to recruit an experienced Property Paralegal/Legal Executive to manage transactions and assist Partners and Lawyers in the team, including project coordination, file management and client liaison. You will be undertaking property management transactions including licences, leases, due diligence, conveyancing searches, preparing reports on title and drafting transaction documents. You will maintain and manage documentation effectively and within agreed timescales, integrating efficiently with the team, working closely with and providing a high level of service to the Partners and Lawyers.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity you will need previous Paralegal or Legal Executive experience in a property related role, along with experience of working in a large commercial law firm and understanding of the levels of service delivery required. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent; and/or either working towards CILEX qualification or qualified Legal Executive. You will be strong in IT skillset, with experience of a document management system and high degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Word. You will also be able to demonstrate acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, you will be highly organised and deadline focussed, with professional appearance and manner, and a motivated self-starter who is a good team player.
