This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Solicitor, or Legal Executive, to join an energetic, rapidly growing, reputable and highly successful multi-branch practice. This is a management position with the opportunity to quickly become a director of the firm for the right candidate.

Based in West Cumbria, the successful candidate will be part of an enthusiastic team of family law specialists, with good experience of child care proceedings and/or divorce and financial remedy proceedings, providing outstanding customer service and advice, focusing more heavily on the following aspects of private client family law:

Divorce & Dissolution Financial remedy

Co-habitation

Child arrangements

Domestic abuse Variation and Enforcement

The role provides excellent career development opportunities, with a very realistic and genuine opportunity to become a director of the firm, and will be down to the experience and efforts of the successful applicant.

An enthusiastic involvement in the practice is encouraged and employees of this firm are not left to stagnate in their careers. This is a new position due to the continued success and growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised, along with a good understanding of family law and several years practice experience is preferred.
