Paralegal - Property Finance - Winchester, Hampshire

A well regarded law firm based in Winchester are currently looking to recruit a Property Finance Paralegal to join the well regarded department.

As a Paralegal within the Property Finance team you will be responsible for acting on behalf of lenders only perfecting security over residential buy-to-let or commercial properties for individuals, trusts, limited liability partnerships as well as companies. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for fee earning, running your own caseload/transaction with supervision from more Senior members of the department.

You will be responsible for dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance, preparing the relevant security and documents from templates, reviewing valuation reports, reviewing of title and transactional documents as well as liaising with both clients over the telephone and in person.

To be considered for this role, this client is looking for a candidate who has experience of dealing with sale and purchases of commercial property or residential transaction and has the ability to work to strict deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to gain solid experience within the property field, with a genuine chance of progression with one of the most regarded property departments across the South Coast.
