The Role
A rare position has now arisen for a dynamic Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly specialised team based in Southampton. With a background in claimant clinical negligence matters, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex and challenging caseload with a focus on spinal injury cases. Ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times, the successful Solicitor will handle matters from instruction to settlement, advising on all aspects of their claim including rehabilitation, housing, care, litigation, support services and settlements.

In addition, the successful Solicitor will immerse themselves in business development and marketing initiatives, attending networking events and promoting the services of the clinical negligence team to generate referrals and build long-lasting client relationships. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE gained within claimant clinical negligence;
Possess outstanding communication and client care skills;
Be IT literate with particular expertise using case management systems;
You will be highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Consider yourself to be personable, approachable and detail orientated;
A pro-active team player with a flair for business development.
