A property-focused law firm with an exceptional reputation and foothold in the market are looking to strengthen their Property department through the appointment of a qualified Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed conveyancer / Residential conveyancer / Legal executive with at least 2 years' experience in residential property. you'll be joining their highly successful property team in the heart of Guildford and receive a competitive salary.

My client offers an alternative to the treadmill that is life in a City firm. They work with great clients on challenging and interesting work, and can provide a genuine work/life balance without having to sacrifice career aspirations. The chosen candidates will receive ongoing support/training.

The firm work with large house builders and developers and the successful candidate will undertake due diligence and conveyancing aspect of the purchase and resale of second hand properties and the part exchange of new build plot sales. Longer term you will also develop and build on the more traditional residential conveyancing work, however the firm has a significant amount of part exchange work and that will be the focus short term.

The property department is extremely successful, and applicants must have a strong technical background and experience of working the full conveyancing processes.

Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will be considered.

Salary is negotiable on experience and you'll join a friendly and progressive working environment.
