Head of Residential Property - Sussex/Kent
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen as Head of Department for my client's Residential Property team covering Sussex and Kent. You will take strategic responsibility for the department to lead, develop and inspire team members in order to achieve targets and contribute to the development and achievement of the firms business plan. An experience lawyer, you will have previously managed a team and have strong communication and leadership skills. You will be ambitious and dynamic with experience of business development that demonstrates your ability to build new relationships as well as maintaining existing ones through a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
The firm is a long-established and award winning law firm that has a reputation for providing outstanding client service. The firm employs more than 110 staff including 15 partners and a team of support staff and client care professionals. The firm recently won two national Awards: The LawNet Award and the Law Society Excellent Award that recognises exceptional people, teams and organisation in the legal profession.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualified solicitor
* Previous experience running a Residential Property department including training and development of junior fee earners
* Business development experience
* Networking skills
