The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Construction Lawyer (Non-Contentious) into their City of London office.

The specialist Construction team provides a comprehensive range of construction law solutions across the wide spectrum of projects undertaken in the construction industry. Clients include private and public institutions, property owners, developers, funders, contractors, specialist sub-contractors, suppliers and construction/design consultants.

You will work as part of a highly ranked department; you will deal with a wide range of work, making for a more interesting role. The work will vary from project-specific EPC and EPCM contracts to multi-party and collaborative working arrangements, and encompass NEC and traditional JCT contracts.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor with between NQ - 2 years PQE
  • You will have sat at least one seat in Non-Contentious Construction law
  • An excellent eye for detail is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required
  • Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
