Industrial Disease Solicitor (Defendant).
 
My client is perhaps the best regarded Insurance firm in the country. They currently wish to recruit an additional solicitor for their thriving Industrial Disease Unit based in Liverpool city centre.
 
Applications are invited from solicitors of more then 2 years post qualified standing with demonstrable experience in Industrial Disease claims. Defendant experience would be preferable but claimant candidates with strong litigation experience and a real desire to act on Defendant claims will also be considered. The successful recruit will manage a busy personal caseload of fast and multi track litigated Industrial Disease cases for a wide range of commercial insurer clients. They will also provide case handling assistance to more senior fee earners and will be involved in the supervision and training of paralegals and junior legal advisors.
 
All applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of the CPR procedures and proven technical ability dealing with a variety (Asbestos, Meso claims, HAVS, NIHL, etc.) of Industrial Disease claims with a real focus on respiratory claims.
