Senior Residential solicitor - We have been asked by our client, a highly regarded Kent practice known for their outstanding service and legal knowledge to find them a further residential  property specialist to join their team.
They are looking for a solicitor with 5 years+ relevant experience in handling a busy HNW caseload of residential transactions. You will need to have sound experience on freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases and remortgages adverse possession and the acquisition of development sites for investment. They are looking for a commercially aware individual with a head for marketing and business development that can go out and promote the name amongst the local community.
