Job Details
An extremely well regarded, international law firm is looking for a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Transactional Lawyer to work at their Tokyo office. Applicants should be a qualified solicitor with an absolute minimum of 2 years' experience of working on M&A deals from start to closing, ideally in an established M&A practice. Any Japanese language skills would be a real bonus but is by no means essential.
Applicants should also meet the following requirements:
- Commonwealth Admitted and trained.
- 2-8PQE.
- Strong legal knowledge and skills.
- Strong legal drafting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships successfully.
- Solid organisational skills.
- First language - English.
