Residential Conveyancing Trainer
This award winning, highly regarded practice with an impressive conveyancing division has created a new role of "residential conveyancing trainer" to enhance the internal learning experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering the learning and development strategy for the Unit, incorporating giving a wide range of training solutions to develop knowledge, skill and ability of all conveyancing and remortgage fee earners. Suitable candidates will come from a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer background.
As part of the role, you will undertake a comprehensive training needs analysis and subsequently design, organise and implement a training strategy and deliver internal training. You will also work closely with the senior managers of the Unit as to where bespoke training may be required (especially where there is a key business need) whilst promoting L&D within the Unit generally. In addition to current needs, you will identify future needs and how they can relate to the growth of the Unit. You will be the key individual for all L&D issues and queries within the Unit and will maintain records for compliance and evaluation purposes, producing reports as appropriate. You will keep abreast of developments regarding L&D within the legal sector generally and work closely with the firm's overall L&D individual.
Suitable applicants will have an open and confident manner and possess strong communication skills. An interest and desire to coach and mentor others is key and good IT skills are essential.
