Corporate & Commercial Solicitor/Associate

My client are in need of a well-rounded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of commercial and corporate matters. They are a fast growing firm with an excellent reputation and client base.

The successful candidate will be working on a high quality caseload of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, MBO's & MBI's and other general corporate and commercial matters. This position would suit an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who is looking for genuine prospects for career development and the chance to take on the day to day management of a small team.

Applications are being accepted from ambitious individuals who possess a strong academic background and have a wide grounding in corporate and commercial law and you must have a minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience within a leading regional practice.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise advising high net worth clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, MBIs, MBO's and terms and conditions.
