Private Client Solicitor - Lake District

Based in the Lake District – a successful law firm, which is established in Private Client and Wealth Protection Services.  

This is a superb opportunity offering diversity and quality of work acting for both old money (family trusts, landed estates, farming families and inherited wealth) and new money clients (including business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, property owners). The nature of the role requires a specialist Private Client Solicitor with not less than 5 years’ PQE experienced all aspects of private client services including taxable estates and wealth protection.  

This private client team has a wealth of expertise covering:

• Advising on and preparing Wills,
• Estate & Wealth Protection measures,
• Lasting Powers of Attorney,
• Living Wills and Letters of Wishes,
• Lifetime gifts and tax issues,
• Elderly Client Advice,
• Trusts advice, creation and administration,
• Variation of Wills,
• Obtaining Grants and administration of estates and probates,
• Court of Protection
