Head of Private Client Department

I'm currently working with an exceptional client who has a solid presence in the North East and Yorkshire, who has recently opened a Manchester office. The firm, which has an excellent reputation on the market, is seeking a well-established Private Client solicitor to build and develop a Manchester Private Client team and crack into the fantastic North-West market.
The role will involve working closely with the management and marketing teams to design and implement a business strategy to develop the private client department. The role will involve a lot of networking to build sources of incoming work, handling a case load of private client files and building a team.
The ideal candidate will have management experience and will be able to bring new clients and contacts with them to a new practice. You will have solid experience in all private client matters and have a keen sense of business acumen and networking skills, which will be put to excellent use in developing a department with your strong leadership skills and strategic prowess.
This is a very high calibre opportunity for an existing team manager, consultant or senior solicitor to join a high-quality firm as it expands into the North-West market, and an opportunity to further ingratiate yourself into a position of leadership within a practice.
