The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic Commercial Property lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Hertfordshire. As part of a growing department, successful applicants will be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar department. Acting in complex, high-value matters, your duties may include: landlord and tenant matters; acquisition and disposition of premises; development projects; and drafting and renewals. You will be willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives for the progress of the department and firm as a whole. This is a great opportunity, offering exposure to a high quality, complex caseload, a competitive salary and; career progression prospects for the right Lawyer, on a full time, permanent basis.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Strong experience in a Commercial Property department is essential.
Handle a diverse caseload to meet key deadlines.
Be client focused with good organisational skills.
Have a flair for business development and networking.
