The role

The company is seeking a Commercial Debt Recovery Paralegal / ILEX for an In-House opportunity, to join their head office based in Meriden, Warwickshire.
You will join a growing In-House legal team of five. You will deal with a broad range of

Commercial Debt Recovery work, dealing with the company unpaid bills. The company has a number of different brands under their umbrella, you will deal with the commercial debt recovery work across the whole group of companies.

You will deal with a broad range of commercial claims, ranging in value, from small claims right up to claims worth tens of thousands, and where necessary will instruct Lawyers for high value matters. You will deal with claims from inception to conclusion.

Requirements

• You will be a Paralegal / ILEX
• You will have litigation experience, this could be from a range of different backgrounds as the company are open minded, including, personal injury, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and of course debt recovery
• You will have a "can do" attitude
• You will be an organised individual
• Salary is negotiable and dependant on your background, plus an excellent benefits background
