Job Details
A great opportunity has arisen for a compliance manager to join an established firm based in Warwickshire. Our client pride themselves as being a straightforward firm and are really committed to investing in their employees with training and development opportunities.
The firm is currently seeking a compliance manager to join their business support department. Based in one of their Warwickshire offices you will play a key role in supporting the firm to achieve its strategic aims. The firm is a highly credible general practice handling some work for commercial clients as well.
The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's management team and enjoy a varied and challenging workload including attainment and maintenance of quality mark assessments including Lexcel and CQS; advising on regulatory change; developing best practice; advising on training and development; assisting with PII and practicing certificate renewals and monitoring compliance.
The firm requires an experience specialist in legal risk and compliance work who has a number of years' experience acquired in a law firm. It is essential that the successful candidate has a solid understanding of Lexcel and the law society CQS accreditation.
