The firm is now recruiting for a Mental Health Panel Member for its office based in Manchester.

The Role
This is an opportune time to join the firm as a Mental Health Panel Member and become part of an established, specialist team. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals who possess membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel. Your duties will revolve around managing a busy and challenging caseload advising patients and their relatives across the full remit of Mental Health Act issues. Your duties may involve advising and representing clients at Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings. Additionally, the role may also include: Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters; judicial review; advising on after care in the community and; incapacity cases. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals with solid experience in Mental Health.
It is essential to possess membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional client care skills.
You will be skilled at working in a team as well as using your own initiative.
The successful Mental Health Panel Member will be technically adept.
