Locum Residential Property Lawyer

We are working with a Sussex based Private Practice seeking a Locum Residential Property Solicitor to cover a period of holiday leave. The role is due to start imminently and will be for just over a week in duration.

The successful candidate will handle a full Residential Property caseload without supervision. They will be experienced in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and leases. It would be advantageous if candidates were experienced in servicing high net worth clients.

The firm use the case management system Redbrick and there will be secretarial support available.    

Due to the imminent start date, candidates should be available immediately or on short notice.

There will be competitive hourly rates and potential re-bookings on offer to the successful solicitor.
