Job Details

A specialist property law firm is looking to add to its team in Bury St Edmunds with the recruitment of a Commercial property Solicitor to their team.

The successful candidate will be a specialist solicitor with experience of dealing with matters such as sales and purchases of commercial property, development matters and commercial leases.

This firm is a well established property firm who enjoy a strong reputation in the property market and they are seeking to build on this and develop the commercial side of things. So as well as the fee earning you will be working closely with the partners of the firm in terms of the business development in order to grow their commercial offering. The partners have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for similarly ambitious and enthusiastic lawyers to help them achieve their aims.

This could be a great role for those looking for a role where they can be a key figure and have a significant influence in the future of the department in which they work. It would be beneficial for any applicants to show a strong track record of being involved in the business development of their current or previous roles.

The salary for the role will be dependent on experience as part of a good package.
