Job Details
A brilliant opportunity has arisen on Merseyside, in Newton Le Willows, for an experienced and passionate RTA MOJ Portal Paralegal to join a fast growing pre-litigated RTA department.
The existing RTA MOJ Portal team deals with all pre-litigated RTA claims through the MOJ Portal (stages 1, 2 & 3) and they are now looking for an experienced addition to their dedicated team.
You will be an RTA Portal Paralegal or Fee Earner with a minimum of twelve months' experience in handling your own pre-litigated RTA MOJ Portal caseload (through stages 1-3) and you'll be able to join the team and hit the ground running with your own personal caseload.
You will see each case through from instruction right through to it's completion and you will be tasked with working proactively as part of a supportive and passionate team. There is support on hand from team leaders and department heads but it is expected that you will be able to work indepdently.
You will also be rewarded with a competitive salary, in line with previous experience, with a guideline of circa £20,000, plus an extensive benefits package.
