An Employment Solicitor is required for a new opportunity at a market leading law firm at their office based in Lincoln. Salary is up to £45K dependant on experience.

A forward-thinking and modern law firm, my client holds one of the largest Employment Law teams within the Lincolnshire area, offering legal services to a mixed range of clients nationwide. A legal 500 firm, my client offers an excellent working environment, with a commitment to developing talent at every level.

The successful candidate will be required to work alongside a 2 partners and 1 Associate Solicitor as well as Paralegal and Secretarial support, and will be confident in providing excellent Employment Law advice to business clients You will be required to work efficiently as part of a team, and be confident in your ability to outsource dictation. Previous experience of managing claims through the Business Employment Tribunals is essential. The successful applicant will also be required play an active part in a range of business development activities.
