ROLE: Property Solicitor / Fee Earner / Paralegal
LOCATION: Islington
SALARY:£25,000 - £40,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: Full time
LEVEL: NQ Onwards

Our client are a leading property company in England & Wales specialising solely in residential conveyancing, they guide customers through the conveyancing process from start to finish. Due to our clients culture and passion for outstanding customer service they are experiencing a period of growth and exciting expansion plans in their Islington office.
The successful candidate will contribute and help build the clients reputation as one of the leading providers of conveyancing services in England and Wales.
You will be responsible for all legal aspects of the conveyancing transactions, with a proven record of managing your own caseload.
You must have a complete handle on : -
leaseholds
sales & purchase
re-mortgages
deeds of variation
lease extensions
transfers
and have the ability to handle the land registry portal
Experience with volume conveyancing is essential.
