A  Legal 500 firm in central Bedford are searching for an experienced and driven Commercial Property Paralegal. If you have wide ranging commercial property exposure and if you have proven experience of adding significant value within this specialism then this is the role for you. 

The role will require you to work with senior members of staff with regards to the granting, drafting and extension of commercial leases,  acquisitions and disposals of commercial units, and landlord and tenant work for commercial tenants locally.
 
Moreover your duties will include general case preparation, arranging/attending conferences and client meetings along with aiding in networking and marketing. This particular firm is known locally for their strong commercial focus as the prominent legal service firm for theBedfortdshire commercial market both large and small.  

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, will ideally have completed the LLB or GDL accompanied by the LPC, alternatively CILEx members with appropriate experience will also be considered.
