Solicitor - Property Litigation - Worthing - to 5yrs PQE

A local and well respected firm with town centre offices are seeking to add to what is an already established and successful Dispute Resolution Team which has grown steadily and raised its reputation substantially in the last few years attracting some excellent personnel to what is now a very strong team who deal with multiple and complex high value matters.

The Dispute Resolution Team has broad level of experience comprising of Partners, Solicitors and Legal Executives and is very well supported by some very capable Assistants. You will be expected to manage you own caseload focusing specifically on Property Litigation

You should be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 5 yrs PQE+ and be able to confidently deal with a breadth of Property Litigation matters, including Landlord and Tenant disputes, Lease renewals, dilapidations and breaches of Covenants, Break Clauses, Right to Light disputes, Forfeiture proceedings, Boundary and Land Law related disputes, Party Wall Act disputes, and Construction disputes, including claims by the NHBC. You will cover your own caseload with minimal requirement for supervision, be able to contribute to the wider team on more complex matters and have a natural affinity in identifying further commercial opportunities that will contribute towards the continued growth and success of the team.
