The Role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal (New Builds) to join their modern office based in Chelmsford, Essex.

You will join the firms flourishing New Builds department. The New Build Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, they deal with some of the most well-known and prestigious estate agents. You will deal with a caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Due to an influx of new work, the department is expanding meaning this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 6 months experience of working in a Conveyancing department
• If you have experience of dealing with new builds this will be to big advantage but is not essential
• You should be a team player
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• The salary is negotiable depending on your experience, although up to £24,000
