Residential Property (New Build) Team Leader

They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive/Fee Earner with good quality Conveyancing experience to lead their New Build Conveyancing Team. This firm has been established for many years and has a large conveyancing department of 12 fee earners and additional support staff.

Working alongside the residential conveyancing team (sales/purchase) is a separate "new build team" currently consisting of 2 fee earners and 2 legal assistants. The New Build Team deals with all of the firm's new build conveyancing work, a large proportion of which comes via referrals from regional and national house builders.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of running your own caseload, from instruction through to completion and post completion.

Previous team management experience is desirable. You will lead a team of 4 dedicated members of staff, recognised as one of the best in the local area and dealing with all aspects of new build residential conveyancing including plot purchases and associated sales and part exchanges.
