Senior Corporate Solicitor / Partner - Cambridge

A regional heavyweight firm with a national presence and reputation are looking to recruit a senior corporate lawyer to the team in the Cambridge office.

Ideally the firm will be looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience of working in corporate law but will consider those with slightly less if they can show experience of business developing successfully and have the relevant skills and personality to be employed in a senior position.

The firm already enjoys a first rate reputation in all areas of commercial work and enjoys a good flow of quality corporate work coming through the department from a broad range of sectors. They have ambitions to grow their Cambridge operations further and are therefore looking to recruit a dyanamic and personable lawyer with a strong corporate law background and a desire to business develop and progress their career within a modern law firm.

The firm would consider a partner recruit or senior associate depending on the individual. People with a broad range of corporate experience or those who specialise in Niche or specific areas of corporate work are welcome to apply as there will be opportunities for both.

The firm will offer a good career path within a firm that genuinely takes pride in their approach towards staff development. You will be rewarded with a good salary dependent on experience and much more such as good bonus schemes, generous pension and other perks.

Due to the senior nature of the role the successful candidate will be expected to have a good track record of business development initiatives and a desire to help grow the team as well as delegate, mentor and supervise more junior lawyers and support staff.

Please apply ASAP to be contacted for further details about this role.
