A really exciting Banking / Corporate Solicitor opportunity has arisen with a recognised, firm in Central Cardiff that offer a business focused, yet relaxed working environment.

Our client is a full-service law firm In Cardiff with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality-led advice with exceptional personal service. As one of the largest law firms in the UK, the firm also has an impressive client base and the Banking team handles some high-quality work.

The firm is expanding and is now looking for a junior solicitor to work closely with the Partners in the team on a range of matters, including acquisition finance for MBO/MBIs, acting for lenders and borrowers, corporate banking, asset finance, security and priority issues and syndicated financing structures. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in the marketing and business development activities of the department.

The successful Solicitor will have their own caseload on joining and will work closely with the firms current clients as well as being encouraged to develop your own contacts through networking and business development.

Due to growth the firm are happy to consider both junior and more senior candidates.
