Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

My client is a progressive regional firm based in Bedford with an excellent reputation and a strong client base in the area. The firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor with at least three years experience to handle a mixed case load of private client matters. You should must also be experience in all aspects of Court of Protection work including deputyship applications, on-going deputyship administration, and ancillary applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and statutory Will applications.

The Firm offers generous financial incentives with the opportunity of quarterly pay rises which can puch salaries up by and extra £4,000 per annum. There is also an end of year bonus of 20%

The Firm offers a three year (fast-track) career progression plan, where it is possible for you to achieve equity partnership within three years. For example, if you hit target in year one, you will be promoted to associate Solicitor, achieving year two target you will be promoted to Salaried Partner and year three there will be an offer of Equity Partner. The firm has a robust five year business plan, based on growth and profitability, and the current Partners recognise that this can only be achieved with more commercially minded Partners on board.
