Commercial Property Solicitor - North Lynn
A leading regional firm with office in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team in North Lynn. You need to be between NQ and 3 years post qualification. The current team is two directors and a solicitor of 4 years qualification, and a trainee legal executive along with 3 secretaries, all based at the North Lynn office.
The scope of the work includes advising on all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, sale and purchase of land and the sale and purchase of businesses.
