This Property Litigation role is based in North London with a very well regarded firm. The firm have an excellent reputation for always exceeding clients expectation and providing practical and commercial advise.

As well as looking after there clients the firm are heavily focused on their employees, ensuring they have ongoing career development and clear progression plans to further their careers within the firm. They also offer a fun and flexible working environment to ensure you will remain happy in your role.

You will join a Real Estate Disputes team that have an excellent reputation within this market.

The firm require a strong Property Litigator with a minimum of 4 year PQE, excellent legal skills and knowledge with the ability to manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial landlords and tenants advising on a wide range of issues including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes: dilapidations, rent reviews, distress, forfeiture etc, business Lease renewals and Possession proceedings including claims against squatters, adverse possession, trespass, nuisance, easements and prescriptive rights and Breach of covenants e.g. failure to obtain Landlord's consent on assignment, underletting, alterations etc. or Landlord's failure to comply with his/her obligations under the Lease
