CQS and Lexcel accredited firm seeks an experienced and well organised Residential Property Solicitor.

Accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), they are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer for this department to work in their Dorking office, which is ideally located close to a range of local amenities and good transport links.

The Role
This is an opportune time for an experienced, highly motivated and well organised Residential Property Lawyer to join a thriving Surrey firm. You will draw upon your experience of at least five years to manage your own caseload, which may include the following duties: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches; transfers of equity and; easements and other rights. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years’ PQE in Residential Property gained from a reputable firm.
An excellent level of organisational skills is required.
You will be IT proficient.
Skilled at working within a team, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional client care skills.
