PQE / Experience: 1-3PQE

The company:

One of the longest established law firms in Warwickshire with two offices in the area have an opportunity available within their Private Client team, which is currently a team of five. 

The opportunity:

You will have experience in handling a full Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and all estate planning matters.
In this varied role you will be required to handle a mixed caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion, working as part of an established team with an excellent client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer / Executive to join our successful and progressive team which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects.

You will be expected to bill a target of around £120,000.

This is a full time position.

Ideal candidate criteria:

• Private Client Solicitor with 1-3PQE;
• Have experience in wills, probate, powers of attorney and trusts;
• Have excellent communication and client care skills;
• Be highly-motivated with a dynamic approach to your work;
• Be committed to the continual development of the team.
