This firm is now recruiting for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work in its office in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

The Role
Assisting the Commercial Property Department with both fee earning and administrative tasks, this role is an ideal opportunity for a driven Paralegal with proven intellectual ability to deliver high standards of legal work and client care. Your fee earning tasks will include: producing legal documentation; drafting basic deeds, documents and letters; drafting financial statements; researching and preparing appropriate property searches; preparing and submitting Land Registry applications; preparing and submitting SDLT returns; legal research; basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters and; appreciation of legal procedures. In addition, your administrative tasks will include: providing administrative support as required by the team; managing telephone calls, e-mails and facsimile transmissions; transcription of digital dictation; maintenance of client relationship management data and property records; monitoring compliance and Lexcel requirements and; involvement in the efficient management of client/matter files and assisting with good financial management. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Paralegals with experience of working within a private practice and addressing clients in a professional capacity.
Additional experience in Conveyancing would be beneficial.
You will be looking to take the next step in your professional development.
Proficient in IT, you will possess good keyboard skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be key attributes.
With the ability to organise your workload under pressure, you will be able to prioritise tasks.
You will be able to demonstrate accuracy with good attention detail.
Able to provide evidence of good customer facing skills, you will have excellent client care skills.
It is essential for the successful Commercial Property Paralegal to possess the ability to work alone using initiative and as part of a team.
Overall, you will possess an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
