Corporate Solicitor - Buckinghamshire
Corporate Solicitor - (3 - 6 Years PQE)
My client, an excellent Buckinghamshire firm is looking to expand its' highly regarded Corporate practice with the hire of a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor/ Associate.
Working directly with Partners who are highly regarded for their work in this field, you will benefit from experience working on high net and complex international corporate transactions within a supportive environment.
The team advise on a broad range of corporate matters including:
- General mergers and acquisitions
- Capital markets (in particular AIM)
- Corporate governance
- Shareholders and investment agreements
This exceptional position offers excellent career progression and a highly competitive package!
You will have excellent academics and strong corporate experience from a reputable practice. Ideally you will be 3-6 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional individuals at other levels.
